With the Kingspan Watchman Radar, we can monitor your fuel levels for you, giving you peace of mind and preventing unexpected runouts. Fitted by a trained engineer, this smart system provides daily updates on your tank levels and alerts us when a refill is needed. We can set an alarm threshold of your choice, such as 30%, and when your oil reaches this level, we will be notified, and we will contact you to arrange a delivery. Plus, there’s an app for you to check your levels anytime! We offer two flexible options for this service:
Rental Option
For just £7 + VAT per month, you can rent the device directly from us. This includes installation by a trained engineer and ongoing monitoring throughout the year. With this option, the device remains the property of WCF Fuels North West and must be returned if you choose to end your tank monitoring service. Minimum contract: 24 months.
Outright Purchase
For a one-time payment of £150 + VAT, you can own your Watchman Radar unit outright. If you move to a new property, the device can be recalibrated and used at your new address. With this option, there is a small annual monitoring charge of £36 + VAT. All prices are subject to VAT at 20%. Never worry about running low on heating oil again! For only £84.50 plus VAT, this system includes a tank-mounted transmitter that continuously monitors your fuel level using infrared signals, alongside a plug-in receiver unit that wirelessly receives data and conveniently displays your fuel levels on an easy-to-read LCD screen within your home.
Plug the receiver into a standard electrical socket, and you’ll always have a clear view of your fuel levels. Plus, the system includes a low-level warning alert, so you’ll know when it’s time to reorder.
